Australia has the highest AQIS standards in the world in all food production and export quality that is monitored constantly, I use to work with the AQIS at times in beef export inspections, and I can tell you that you have to do it to their standard and criteria or else you have to do the report again, and there is no not doing it. I remember one place that was shut down because of non compliance losing 100k a day because of cheek.

The Chinese want good product which they know will sell on their shelves, Australian produce has that reputation of excellence.
