I'm right with you Hash our MC reflects the fact that as of now we have no booked reserves , no income and just enough cash to cover the current program . FAR is about potential and that is very big indeed but potential means nothing to many deep pockets untill proven . The fact there is close to 100% chance of it going commercial is not enough after what the markets gone through in the last year or so.

You will get exceptions like Farjoy but they are independant and not tied to company policy like instos...

If one takes manipulation to its logical conclusion the share price would end up exactly where it should be as manipulation works both ways when shorting is involved . Supply and demand always rule markets and if the demand is strong enough no amount of manipulation will stop the share price going up and conversly if there to much supply no amount manipulation will prevent a share price going down...
