Guys the Belle Ocean is a 28,000 dwt ship, so GXY 14,000 t cargo would not suffice to make it a viable voyage ....so the owner when contracting the cargo would have already had approval from GXY that they could complete other cargo en route......there is usually no stipulation that the vessel can only remain at the 2nd port for a limited number of days ...so in this case there is obviously berth congestion and the vessel has to wait...

All part of a days work in shipping and absolutely nothing to be alarmed about.......

lets just worry about the share price and the disbelievers
