Well 24Hrs on and digesting all the data 3 x over, I convinced Scott has done a lot of work here to protect the long term holders again.

Firstly I need to correct myself with BellPotter - They have factored in the $40m cap raising into their 12 month $2.34 valuation of BTR. This is very positive imo.

Scott is giving us retail holders an opportunity to aquire 25% above offer, I guess in short a bonus.

I have spoken to my bank at length and there are still some questions that I will need to answer myself over the coming weeks.

* Confidence with BTR going forward - check.
* Confidence in the broader economy/market - uncheck?
* Confidence in obtaining funds for entitlement - check.
* Confidence on buying on market rather then taking up entitlement - uncheck?

I guess if I need $60k to take up 125% of entitlement, why wouldn't I pay $40K on market if this eventuates due to some ~29% of share dillution?

I guess the answers will be evident over the next hours/days ahead.

If there has been sp manipulation to contain the SP during this period (i.e. 187m tonnes copper result ect), then I believe we will not have an opportunity to buy below $1.10 imo...
