dehydrated kidney's--no booze pepsi Once I went to an all night dance party--I danced for two days straight drinking very little water--combined with drugs I was super fit--thats how I got into it--many athletes can sometimes follow this pattern--I didn't smoke and I drank very little (booze)--I preffered coca cola or pepsi--or just plain water.
Anyway I calculated one time--over two days I ran to Woolongong and back to Sydney about three to four times.--During times like that--I didn't drink enough water and dehydrated my kidney's.---Steve.
