health people happy new years eve. I built myself up over I think a 4 year period---never had I felt so good in my life--you then have to be careful--that you are both fit and healthy (there is a difference) at one point I was very healthy--then that went--I just became fit--you need to be fit and healthy--with proper balance. Anyway all the superb conditioning all the hard work--all the city's to surfs and the half marathons--the weightlifting---as any health proffesional will state--it takes a period of years to build yourself up--it only takes about a year to lose it--to get it back again it take a long time--and the older you get the harder it is.---Steve.
