Spoke to the Bells analyst today who interviewed FAR management....A couple of points from the discussion.
Most likely FAR will sell its stake in FAN-1.
Conoco doesnt like dealing with small partners at the table and would likely be happy to increase their stake to 45%.
Company is very sure of a commercial find.
The commercial results of FAN-1 wont be 100% verified in the next announcement and could take weeks of further analysis and testing that will need to be done.
His 32c valuation is upon commercial discovery at FAN-1.
SNE-1 is lower risk than FAN-1 and has a higher probability of an oil find..............
........plus plenty of other positive remarks.
