Market cap is just over $280m now. Assuming that you believe that SP reflects the value of the company, I think $200m (maybe a bit more) could be seen as reasonable, considering that commerciality of FAN-1 is not proven yet.
I know that everyone is hopeful of the big jackpot, knowing what we know today, some people may be willing to grab the cash, rather than risking it.
I'm not suggesting FAR should look to sell out, but I do see the merit, especially if the deal still keeps us in play via a production royalty payment or something.
