"Oasis shopping centre part owner Abacus Property Group have spent $103.5M acquiring the 60% of the Broadbeach mall that it doesn't already own."
i know this is a very different shopping centre.
But could this be a bellwether to Scentre Management group trying to acquire the 40%f CDP it doesn't own.
