"Scentre's ownership of about 65% is creeping up with its full particiation in the DRP"
I believe therein lies the reason why CDP is about the only REIT that has not suspended it's DRP due to the current discounts to NTA. I've thought of participating because of the discount, but have done better by accumulating on the dips.
