I recall some negative analysis on here barely 2 months ago and yet here we are with a 10% (including dividend) gain and some decent buying in a market that's been poor for property overall.
Happy to cash some out for other opportunities but still holding everything bought at the lows. Someone seems to be buying though, I wonder if SCG are seeing their opportunity to mop up a few more within their "creep" limits. Not sure about NTA but there might be a decent offer coming at some point.
