DJ whether there is a connection or not who cares.
What we should care about is that if you compare TBR and RND to any of its peers they are both performing disgracefully.
The corporate govenance is a total sham and all directors running these companies (along with Berzins the Company Secretary) should be booted off the Boards and replaced by a few truly independent directors who as far as i am concerned can be appointed by ASIC or the ASX or any independent body.
The only parties who would not want that are TransGlobal and Sierra Gold both Billis companies.
These directors could have made themselves absolute heroes but instead they are choosing to totally thumb their noses at the authorities and all the shareholders other than the above two.
I am sure there will be a day of reckoning!!
