DJI you are right but there are corporate guidelines and slowly a tsunami and wave is building from the 30% of minority shareholders. The more that shareholders become aware of what is really happening in our companies the angrier they will become and are becoming.
I look forward to the AGM to see just which directors turn up and what if anything they have to say!
At the moment this is about the sham deal proposed for Rand. No director in their right mind should or would ever support that deal unless of course there were vested interests etc.
But this is just a talk forum and what is needed is for all the minority shareholders of both Rand and Tribune to ensure that they have made all the relevant authorities aware of their concers with their reasons.
McLernon is right when he says something along the lines of "Evil men succeed when good men do nothing".
