I think a sensitivity analysis would be useful. That is, if iron price falls by 50%, what sort of profit (or loss) will GRR make? From that work out a suitable price and discount it by another 10% for a bottom. Markets will always overshoot to the low and upside quite regularly (in part due to increased volatility caused by shorting and short covering).
Anyone had a go at doing this already?
