Well, the hydrocarbons are there but not enough to develop- commiserations to all.
Is the result significant enough to tempt a smack at Cinco by a bigger player?
I guess time will tell, and the good result for Otto is that it has more money in the bank than planned and now can go forward with the next target drills in Tanzania and Great Bear.
