CTP is now trading below the min conversion price (14.41c).
Does this mean that the lender can refuse to give them more money?
Or can they force the lender to take on the shares at 14.41c whenever they need capital.
(Lets assume for the sake of simplicity that the 90% & 125% min conversion prices are less than 14.41c).
