1) What happens if the share price is below placement at the time of the offer?. Everybody will hold off until the last hour before sending in their cheques, and if the Sp is 11.5 cents or lower you would buy on market instead. Now I don’t believe the placement is backed by brokers so DML are going to be 10 Mil short in their funding.
Please get back to me if you think I am wrong.
2) Also I don’t believe DML are worried about that 10 mil, it is just there to keep the retail investor happy.
3) When our new friends pay up for their share of the company and causing a 60% dilution. Will the sp of DML drop by 60%, or am I on the wrong tram here. No point in buying at 12 cents if there only going to be worth 7cents after dilution.
