meerkat this is not meant to be antagonistic and hell knows i want them to pull their fingers out (and have written at least 10 emails to Nanda to do something - of which I replied with a 2 liner about the fantastic coal acquisitions) - but what are the Indians meant to do if they HAW wont deal or are stalling the JV ??
