Not so fast Alpha ...remember we've got a heavyweight director now on the board ( probably courtesy of the few million "in the money ...although not for long" options.)
And the earnings trend is looking prettyb flash ...a massive turnaround from $500,000 loss per quarter to $300,000 loss per quarter ....
And no news from the Chairman / author of most of the public announcements ....must mean good news ......

And don't forget all those alliances .....so many alliances .......... and the intrinsic break up value ...what would that be I wonder ... hmm 360 million shares at 7 cents = $25 million of market cap ...... probably does look a bit dear for a rented office and a few pc's ...... but there is the intellectual property .......... who knows what thats worth ?????

if other ailing IT companies history is anything to go by ..... about a fraction of what the directors reckon when they are trying to raise capital ........
