Have always thought that Beltrix is the part that will bring all this into focus.
Maybe JV have always agreed, that until the three drill proving up campaign is complete, nothing will be announced regarding commerciality, makes sound sense IMO.
JV are just waiting for the missing piece of the puzzle to complete the analysis, before they regroup and agree the way forward.
This is when the momentum will take hold IMO and we will be on the down slope.
