My comment:
That quote from the previous post surely tells you all you need to know. That the Stress Tests were simply more spin aimed at "restoring investor confidence in the state of the financial system." In other words these Stress Tests were specifically designed for the public to be told that the banks gained a pass. Failure was not an option to present to the public.
