Experience of very close friends of mine and their contacts amongst former Great Southern investors. Too often Ben relies on reports by administrators and liquidators that are unrealistic or in my friends case plain wrong and misleading. The administrator got all the facts wrong and Ben is funding an unwinnable case. The liquidator will be the one laughing because he always gets paid.
