Nater we all have issues, his happends to be drug related.

Doesnt make him any different to a footballer with marital issues, depression, childhood demaons, money issues etc.

So lets say for example a AFL player blew $20k a day on pokies and everyone knew , he couldnt stop he kept going and lost everything.

Should he then be sacked as he is a bad rolemodel showing that AFL players are gamblers??

If he takes enormous amounts of pills for depression is he a druggy, again should that mean sacking the guy, whoever that may be??

If an AFL player is found to have based his wife to a pulp in an argument, should he be sacked by his club??

All im saying is where does it end.

We all have issues, if he was selling pouns of drugs to kids etc Id feel different, but at the end of the day, hes just a young bloke with a football talent who likes drugs and cant get off them.

If thats the worse he does in life then hes closer to a saint than most of us, and hes probably doen more community stuff then most of us here, how narrow minded some of us are, that high moral ground again. near deathid , gambling issues
