Ben is vital to EOS, he has the knowledge, the highest Security Clearances, the Global Contacts, the IP and the kitchen sink.
He has to stay. In what capacity is the question. Probably CTO with Board role.
The Board has an effective and well respected Chairman, with the highest security clearances and so does one other Director.
I think EOS is on the cusp of some massive deals in defense and space, so have been loading up at cheap prices.
