purely an unemotional assessment of the situation...I'm also no apologist for his actions....
if he appeals the considered Judges decision and is vindicated good on him...
...unlike @bacci in his/her OP i do not believe he is an Australian hero and on the balance of probabilities as the news.com article surmised
