so, if you consider 'beyond reasonable doubt' as 'proof' - which is you who are saying it, not me - then --------- it's already 'proven'

it's only the degree that matters


I suggest that when you have 26 witnesses saying you are a bad boy and many of those served with you that - you are probably highly likely to be a 'bad boy'
