    it depends on your definition of 'proven'

    legally, to me - it's all probability

    nothing in reality is ever 'proven' ------------ if it were the case then there'd be no overturning of convictions - in cases where new evidence comes to light --

    say an example of dna evidence years later that clears someone already convicted - they were convicted - because we say there was proof of guilt

    what it actually is is - 'beyond reasonable doubt'

    that's just legal made up stuff - a term that we've agreed to

    now, I suggest that is mere probability ----------- and atm, the probability has found that Benny boy has committed crimes - and, I think Mr Mcgoo on a bad day could see that as the case - when you've got dozens of your mates saying what you did

    then the probability is ------------ you did it
