the term 'proven' is really used incorrectly -------------------------- 'proven' should be replaced with 'found'


because if there's doubt at any level - then, there's nothing 'proved'

it's all probability

and, probability comes down to judgement --------------- from what I've read - the probability of this guy being a war criminal is very high -
