I don't have history of military encounters, but I take note of those who have. and when there is such a convincing number of witnesses willing to describe BRS's behaviours as they did, one can decide that there's significant evidence contradicting his report or that there is a hostile group(s) who want hit punished, which may raise the prospect of a dishonest group of witnesses.

I don't say he is guilty as suggested by the Judge. I believe that only a criminal trial or court martial can make such a conclusion.
