spot on P. ...... plenty of psychopathic or antisocial personalities believe they can convince a jury or judge of their innocence. they do tend to Master in rhetoric. they know how to work the system and usually have a high degree of intelligence/knowledge to back up their reasoning.
some win though, some lose, but many will have a shot at appeals.
