Well we are getting to the pointy end now. I actually thought the kicking off the cliff had been discredited , because there was not a cliff in the area! But I see articles in the Australian from an NCA newswire journalist (which are pretty left-wing) and I also see an article in The Sydney Morning Herald (who should not be writing about the trial one would think at this stage) and they were saying that he is guilty because of the cliff incident and 5 Witnesses from 2 countries backing up the same story!
Article in the Australian from the NCA newswire said that theAfghanis were illiterate so how could they make up a story?...but it does not mean they can't talk to each other!
I must admit when Andrew Hastie almost testified against Smith I did lose a bit of faith, but I do not really know what to think
