So we agree banjar that most terrorism is local in nature.
IMO the international aspect is minor but is very serious when it occassionally happens and should be dealt with by law enforcement authorities and international intelligence agencies not the military except where the international police request military back-up.
A countries defence forces should be just that, defence forces not aggressors in foreign lands.
