Only reason to raise money would be to fund a new acquisition with equal or greater potential than SD, Bongo or FP.

If VIL do a CR, SHs will all whinge as usual, in their haste to forget that it was CRs which brought the coy SD, FP and Bongo.

Either way, .08c sounds fine to me so I hope your prediction is correct.
