I see nothing in this announcement that couldn't have been accomplished by CR's and an offtake agreement.
you really think NMDC is doing LCY any favours? placement shares and options are being thrown around like confetti and you lot are swallowing it - brilliant for directors and other company leeches, absolutely useless for punters, but that's the market showing its true colours - you'll get the scraps and like it..... PUKE!.....
