Bit lower yet I suspect. There is nothing good coming in the near term from an economic perspective - just more money printing to stave off further excess debt, which will be accelerated by central banks when they decide to cut interest rates (because economies are so weak). Housing is the only real asset Australia has, and the banks know it. Protect at all costs.
