Hi there old Bendigo victims. Ifr you havent ended iot all yet. there is a paper featured in this weeks Mineweb.com free online. Two geologists reckon the theory that the gold came up from underneath is a lot of hooey. They reckon in is depostional from above and erosion of mountain ranges that no longer exist. Might explain afew things. Theu also say that about 70% of geological theories are a lot of hooey. Doesn't surprise me. Like a lot of theories in other areas including a lot of the crap we were taught in senior school.
