Traction and timing for the Class Actions being launched by Macpherson + Kelley for its clients

The response from our clients has been fantastic, both for the Timbercorp case and the Great Southern case.

I am pleased to inform you that we are in a position to shortly get each of the cases formally under way. Also it is not too late for others to retain our services if they have not yet done so. We still have at least another 3 weeks to have other Great Southern investors engage our services - they need only contact us to find out more.

In Timbercorp, the only thing we await is a "Yes" answer from one of the three people who are giving their final deliberations as to whether they will take on the role of lead plaintiff, to be the representative party for the entire group and the person under whose name the case will be carried. We expect we will be able to commence the Court proceeding within 2 to 3 weeks so long as one of those people say "Yes" within the next week.

As for the Great Southern case, we're working towards having a claim ready by the end of October. While that is happening we are also compiling a "short-list" of clients who we would interview as possible candidates to take on the role of lead plaintiff for the entire group of Great Southern investors represented by M + K.
