They don't agree with the activities of a protest group so they have cancelled their account. Who are the directors of Bendigo Bank to approve or disapprove of the politics of their customers.
Will communists, Jews and Homosexuals be next. Bankers should stick to banking not making judgements about their clients politics.
Whether or not you agree with this particular protest group they are citizens with a right to their views. Banking facilities are a necessary service. Withdrawing them from any group in our community is not acceptable.
