bene- what is PPS? What disease...what side effects. what.......

Not convinced by the selected data released that it does actually work in either disease? If it works, and the jury is still out on that (except for no partners), who does it work for and how many people have complications besides the adrenal gland problem that Paradigm has included on one slide. If this happens with one gland, wouldn't you expect the same thing in the human body where there are many different glands. bene calls this a glycosaminoglycans, and glycosaminoglycans are found everywhere. "Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are molecules found throughout the body, including skin, joints, blood plasma, and the mucous membrane of various organs. They are long unbranched polysaccharides composed of repeating disaccharide units."

Have a look at this from the open literature from bene! bene is on to something here.

Found this using a GOOGLE search. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37567725/bene scientists and a Paradigm staffer make some interesting points here on why Pentosan development will be extremely difficult or fail and never be advanced on the open market."In conclusion, our study gives evidence that PPS is a complex drug and that products from different manufacturers are chemically and functionally not identical but at best similar. The structural differences most likely resulted from the individually applied production processes and confirm the well-established principle ‘the process defines the product’ in the field of biological and non-biological complex drug substances. According to a classification as plant-derived biological, PPS mimetics have to meet the regulatory requirements for the approval of biosimilars. To prove biosimilarity, a stepwise procedure has to be applied that generally includes highly sensitive, orthogonal physicochemical methods in combination with conclusive biological assays and preclinical tests as well as, if necessary, also clinical studies. None of the products from different manufactures analyzed fulfills any characteristics or requirements to be classified as a generic product of another manufacture, but each of which presents a new medical entity in a regulatory sense unless its similarity can be convincingly demonstrated by further investigations."

So what bene produces is commonly known as a concoction of ingredients- like a "soup of the dead" with lots and lots of ingredients. Why wouldn't agencies want all of the bene questions answered before our loved ones get this drug? bene wrote that the drug is a heparin-like macromolecule. Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is a severe complication that can occur in patients exposed to any form or amount of heparin products. A fall in platelet counts and a hypercoagulable state characterize HIT. Patients who experience HIT may also develop thromboembolic complications that are associated with significant morbidity (limb amputations) and mortality. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK482330/
