Yes absolutely. My agenda is to make money & I'm no up ramper my position has been hold for a long time because of poor management IMO and the fact they're short of money. I wish I'd only bought at recent prices but my average is $1 & I'm not buying anymore until there is good news.
There aren't many shorts of PAR but they have been ticking up, those are the ones with an agenda
