    reading over the sec filing of the 2013 meeting .

    over at the table of : SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN BENEFICIAL OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT

    counting all the number of shares i have reached the number of 8,943,276 .

    outstanding shares is 9,509,867

    this represents 94.04 % of total shares ?

    am i missing something ? or am i adding excercisable options to the total ?

    either way this is a high number and in my opinion clearly points out as a buyout in the making in the near future
