    Can anyone tell me why some people are still hanging on to this stock when by all indications it will be taken over? Hometown now have over 50% off shares. Is there still a chance for another bidder?

    Why would you not take up Hometowns offer of $2.25 per share and what happens if you don't do anything...is there a change the share price could drop?
