Looks like the NSW govt. will not appeal the Metgasco case which is good news.
Either drilling in the region will resume, or the govt. will seek to buy back the licenses.
In a license buyback scenario metgasco suggested it will seek to recover its sunk costs of $100m+
Do we have any idea how much investment was sunk into the Dart licenses we acquired?
