AgriSA vs DMR ruling might not be far away -- it was third on the judgements reserved 2012 list till 2 weeks back but now is number one on that list -- concourt seems to do judgements on Thursdays. So it will come soon I think this although not directly linked to Nkwe has more implications to Nkwe immediate future than the Beng case --- because it will functionally make any Anglo/ARM claim irrelevant to any JV partner. Eerstegeluk although undeveloped in terms of resource and BFS has shallow ounces and MUM obtaining a shareholding in Genorah would be the best way to prevent further troubles to Genorah (Nkwe shareholders do have a case against Genorah if they don't resolve this --- we paid for those farms with shares --- and Genorah can't vote on a resolution because of conflict of interest)
