That clown jm.....who says he has an interest in the case can now monitor proceedings.

I have read the documents submitted to the court and believe that each party has a case. However I can see that it may go in and out of court for some time. The most appropriate solution is for both parties to resolve out of court. I know that both are holding their ground believing that they are correct.

You will have to ask whether they both want to continue paying legal bills. B for example received financial backing in return for a fee /financial reward I imagine. But will the funder continue to support this cause without a fast return?

My conclusion is that the court will assist in a resolution. Best bet is that both disputing parties will walk with a 50% stake in the two disputed farms.
