There are so many platforms/levels/ of law/rules etc that it is very difficult to follow which should be adhered to and how those various ways interact,imo.

Yes better to spend money with the Engineers rather than the lawyers.
Its a system trying to be perfect for every level and type of governance and that seems impossible.
Some-one will feel unheard or not consulted but oneday SA will have to choose what they are instead of what they used to be.
Tribes or South Africans? and trust that they are being looked after as best they can be.
I think we are a way off as long as there is reward for choosing tribe over citizen.
