I suppose there are many possabilities as to why the minister & others
is listed separately to Genorah & others
I am not familiar with legal proceedures.
Heres a wild guess/idea....
is it possible that one of the "others" with B v Minister ....is Genorah?
( requiring the split of action being taken)
I think both B and G might have reasons to be V minister at this stage.
Just tossing around some ideas. Others?
Who gets to be in an others camp usually?
Can any hc members explain this basic legal practice/term of others?
