Nkosi are chiefs, but not kings...have I got that right?
There are so many levels of authority and this equal pay, is it for equal authority? ...
Difficult for other democracies to appraciate ,imo.
I can see their worth though.
so in the court roll call theres a  mix of the different authority.... tribal council, community, Nkosi.... and then divide arguements  into each  farm..
