My guess is plenty!
Ball park PEL650 is approximately a $1b resource, but this is the point of the PCD (flaring) facility, and will show gas quality / quantity, and also give an idea of ammonia and nitrate by-products (and revenue streams).
There has been much discussion on here re: value of the resource, but we will gain much more certainty after flaring.
Project debt will have to be factored in for the commercial facility, CNE have come on board to fund the PCD a while back.
Keep in mind LCK have half a dozen more PELs in the same area too - the PCD / LCEP in PEL650 is the flaghsip project for LCK.
