Very low volume trade, after a week of initial excitement.

This is when experienced share investors make money.

The announcement is still coming; nothing has changed.

Of course, we are in the hands of government/public service. We have to wait for due process.

New Government, new minister (Hon. Dan van Holst Pellekaan) - and I don't think he has even had time to appoint a Chief of Staff.

Most public servants will be staring at their navels wondering how their job will be impacted with the change of government. Productivity will be low.

Don't expect the announcement this week.
